A six bedroom Victorian house dating from c.1875 which includes paddocks, vegetable gardens, an orchard and a three bedroom Gate House Cottage. It was built by the Molesworth family and they continued to live in it until youngest daughter, Mary Emma, a spinster, died in 1964.

After her death, the Molesworth Eventide Homes charity was set up "for the establishment and maintenance of eventide homes at Ketton aforesaid for the use and benefit of deserving persons of either sex who in their declining years are unable to provide themselves with a home. "
